We have fully renovated this house, located in a lovely place in the popular residential area Soestdijk.
We have fully renovated this house which is located in the popular residential area Soestdijk. There is a driveway for several cars and a detached garage. Living area is 140m2, 303m2 plot size.
Below we outline our renovation results.
Ground floor:
Entrance / hall, modern toilet with washbasin and sunken stairs cupboard. Lovely bright, extended living room with doors opening onto the backyard. New kitchen in U-shape which is equipped with various appliances. Door to utility room with washing machine connection and garden door. This space can also be used as a home office.
First floor:
Landing with stairs to the second floor and access to the various rooms. Three rooms, two large bedrooms and 1 small which can be used as a nursery or walk-in closet. The large bedroom at the rear has doors opening onto the balcony. Luxury new bathroom with bath, double sink, shower, toilet and underfloor heating. Very tastefully done.
Second floor:
Through a staircase landing can be reached with new CV preparation. Newly installed dormer window with ridge height. Spacious 4th bedroom created. Also very good to use as a master bedroom.
Garden:
Newly constructed driveway with gravel and gravel mats. The terrace and the pavement have been laid.
