In the center of Nieuw-Loosdrecht we have renovated this house with a deep garden on the west.
We have fully modernized this house featuring a new open kitchen with various appliances, a new modern bathroom and 4 spacious bedrooms.
We have created a fine and specious family home with a living room with open view at the front over the pond.
Ground floor:
Entrance hall with staircase to 1st floor, staircase or meter cupboard, renovated toilet.ย Bright living room with fireplace and door to the backyard.ย New open kitchen with various (built-in) appliances and a door to the rear terrace.
First floor:
Spacious landing with staircase to the 2nd floor. Three bedrooms varying in size, one with patio doors to the balcony at the rear of the house. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and 2nd toilet.
Second floor:
Attic with central heating system and skylight. Spacious attic room with a dormer window at the rear of the house.
We have also worked on the creation of the nice garden which can be seen on the presented pictures.
