We have renovated this very spacious 1930s townhouse with large backyard and shed, five bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms!
This fine family home as 143 m2 of living space. Built in 1929. Plot size 200 m2.
We have renovated this home with stucco walls, new floors, two modern bathrooms, five bedrooms and a modern kitchen. The house is located in a popular residential area in Hilversum.
Here we outline our renovation results.
Ground floor:
Entrance through beautiful semicircular front door, spacious hallway with access to the basement with washing machine connection, modern enlarged toilet with hand basin, spacious and bright living/dining room with bay window, wood stove, wooden floor and French doors to the backyard. We have installed modern open kitchen with appliances.
First floor:
Landing with separate modern toilet, 2 large bedrooms where from the rear bedroom through double doors the balcony can be reached, 3rd bedroom, modern bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double sink, underfloor heating and towel radiator.
Second floor:
Landing, storage closet with central heating system, 2 spacious bedrooms both with dormer windows, 2nd modern bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, towel radiator and dormer window.
Garden:
Spacious sunny backyard is accessible through the back and has a large stone shed at the back.
