Restoration of windows of the whole house, increasing the thickness of window sashes for installation of HR++ glass, installation of HR++, interior and exterior painting of windows
Ground floor:
- arrangement of VBI floor of ground floor
- floor insulation
- wall cavity insulation (spouw muur isolatie)
- Installation of underfloor heating on the ground floor, installation of control automatics
- reinforcement of floor joists in the kitchen for installation of a 150 kg stove
- renovation of the ground floor toilet
- plastering and painting of walls and ceilings throughout the house
- during the renovation of the living room, panels concealing the original wooden sliding door were removed and the door was restored.
- restoration and painting of woodwork: ceiling beams, doors, cupboards, staircase, staircase balustrade
- laying of laminate flooring throughout the house
First floor:
- renovation of the bathroom: bathtub, shower, sink with two taps, toilet
