- wooden benches around the perimeter of the kitchen with built-in storage cabinets
- wooden window sill benches with built-in storage cabinets in the server room
- wooden storage shelves in the entrance area
- PVC installation throughout the house
- Plastering and painting of walls and ceilings throughout the house
- Restoration and painting of woodwork
Ground floor:
- extending the kitchen by removing the wall between the kitchen and the living room
- metal portal installation
- insulation of the subfloor, roof and walls
- garage to living room: removal of the wall between the living room and the garage, insulation of the room, installation of Velux windows
- kitchen: installation of individual wooden skylight
- wallpapering of living room walls with designer wallpaper
- toilet renovation
- renovation of the entrance area
First floor:
- insulation of the roof of the external facade balcony
- wallpapering of office walls with designer wallpaper – city map
